Ethics
As a licensed psychologist, I am subject to the common Nordic code of ethics for psychologists – respect for client rights, dignity, competence, responsibility and integrity.
In addition, I have a duty of confidentiality, which stems from a fundamental principle that clients should be able to share information with their psychologist with confidence that it will remain confidential. As a client, you are entitled to protection of your privacy. I am not allowed to disclose, obtain or exploit confidential information without authorization.
Young people under the age of 18 must have a consent form from either a guardian or parents to participate in therapy with me.
I continuously receive supervision since 2015.
Therapy with dogs
Svend is the clinic’s therapy dog. He is an allergy friendly Bichon Havanais. Svend is often in our room and is happy to oblige.
Many people benefit from therapy dogs. It gives a different atmosphere to therapy. More people find therapy dogs calming. We come into contact with a different quality of moodiness – a more physically calm presence. Therapeutically, it can contribute to resonance, where we want to get closer to each other, where you feel safe and the meeting resonates.
I strive to meet you with openness, mutual respect and to create a safe space for you. Many experience that Svend contributes with the common project of co-regulation, in parallel with our therapy goals.

Who is data responsible?
Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS is responsible and determines the purpose for handling, collecting and using the personal data that you provide to the clinic.

GDPR
As of May 25, 2018, the new Data Protection legislation, also known as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), applies. GDPR applies to all EU countries.
GDPR is to protect you and your rights around the handling and dissemination of your personal data. You should be confident that your registered information is not used in an inappropriate way.
Privacy & Data Policy
No personal health data is stored or shared without your consent. You can request deletion, access and correction of your data.
All records are stored securely on an encrypted computer with antivirus software and firewall.
Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS ensures that your personal information is protected. Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS is subject to confidentiality and secrecy, and therefore our systems are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures.
On your profile page you can decide what type of marketing communication you want to receive and you can subscribe or unsubscribe to newsletters.
Purpose
Your personal data is registered in order to keep in contact with you so that treatments can be performed and to manage appointments, time bookings and registration of treatments performed. The legal basis for processing your personal data follows Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation.
If sensitive personal data is processed, it is only after obtaining your consent and after you have been informed of this.
What information is collected?
Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS collects data for identification purposes, i.e. name, telephone number, gender, address and email, as well as accounting based on your invoices, time of your treatments and completed treatments.
If relevant, your treatment is recorded, i.e. the healthcare service provided is documented, your discomfort/injuries and response and reaction to treatment. Records are deleted after 60 months.
If you are ill, undergoing other treatment or taking medication, it is relevant to inform Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS to ensure that your treatment is as safe as possible.
Sharing your data
Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS has a duty of confidentiality and may not unjustifiably disclose, pass on or use sensitive personal information about you that Psykolog Kamure has become aware of in connection with the work. Information is only disclosed to the extent required by law or when you have given your consent.
You can revoke your consent at any time
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Your withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to your withdrawal of consent.
Therapist Booking
Your information is stored in our external IT system provided by Terapeut Booking. Terapeut Booking and Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS have a written agreement that complies with all guidelines of the Data Protection Act.
Payment and Accounting
Mhp. payment solutions and accounting, your information is stored in external IT systems provided by: E-conomic, MobilePay and Therapeut Bookings Easy Pay. These suppliers and Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS have a written agreement that complies with all guidelines of the Data Protection Act.
Sygeforsikringen “danmark” and Insurance companies
If you state on your profile page that you are <Member of “danmark”>, your invoices will automatically be reported to “danmark”.
If you are referred by an insurance company with a payment guarantee, all Data Protection Act guidelines are followed.
Transfer to recipients in third countries, including international organizers
We do not transfer your personal data to recipients outside the EU and EEA.
Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive via your web browser – if you allow it. This enables it to recognize your browser and record and remember certain information.
Cookies are used to: understand and save user preferences for future visits. To know which browser, language and device you are using, to see traffic and site so that better site experiences and tools can be offered in the future.

You can choose to have your computer warn you every time a cookie is sent or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Check your browser’s help menu to learn the correct way to change your cookies.
Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS ensures that our websites use of cookies and online tracking is compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Data breach or suspected data breach
If Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS suffers a data breach or if an accidental loss of personal data occurs, the incident is documented and reported to the Danish Data Protection Agency and to the customers affected within 72 hours.
Deleting data
You have the right to have all information stored about you deleted. As of May 25, 2018, you have the right to have all information that can be used to identify you personally deleted. Non-personal information about your purchases and bookings are not included as these are covered by the Bookkeeping Act.
Request for access
All Psykolog Kamure/ Psyk Kam ApS customers have the opportunity to access the information we hold at any time. For requests, please write to info@psykologkamure.com.
Change of personal data
You have the right to request to change personal data that is incorrect at any time. To change your information, please contact info@psykologkamure.com.
Complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency
You have the right to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are dissatisfied with the way we handle your personal data. You can read more about your rights at www.datatilsynet.dk.
