Individual supervision for licensed psychologists
I offer external supervision for psychologists in connection with authorization.
The course is for psychologists who work with families with children, PPR, vulnerable adults, social psychiatry, labor market and or have their own practice.
In external supervision, I focus on both an existential phenomenological approach and the specific themes that concern psychologists in these areas. For example. Being a newly qualified psychologist; the role of a psychologist, responsibility, boundaries and organizational perspective; handling pressure and stress; conversations with children and adults; supervision of other professionals; facilitation, consultation and meeting management; and self-care.
I have experience and a love for other theoretical approaches such as mentalization based, narrative and cognitive approaches. In your supervision, I am concerned with your professional development, your personal development and supporting you both professionally and as a person.
